One word, "Exceptional". Nik came and did work on one of our showers today, and honestly it is so much better than what I have expected. Nik: thank you for going above and beyond. Looking forward to working with you again next week. Also, Thom was great to work with initially for getting quotes. Highly recommended!

So glad I found these guys. Nic and Matt are wonderful. Highly recommend.
Nik did an exceptional job on all three areas we had him work on. He took care of our shower, kitchen backsplash and a powder room floor that had not been cleaned in two decades. I cannot recommend him more strongly. Great job Nik.
We've been fighting mold and mildew stains in our tile shower for years and finally decided to get help from Sir Grout. In short, they were FANTASTIC! Nikolai completed the project in a day and left the shower area looking brand new. Couldn't be happier.
Nikoli did a great job getting the area back to its original form. He was on time, communicated what the process was, and left the area clean and organized.
The entire experience from consultation to completed work, was professional and pleasant.
Xavier was amazing! He explained the process of grouting and sealing my shower and bathroom floor before starting, and proudly showed me the finished bathroom. I am beyond thrilled with how it looks.
I am so happy with Sir Grout Charlotte and Xavier and will definitely call them again.
Great job by Nikolai. Shower looks better than when the builder completed the job 3 years ago. Excellent craftsman.
Also appreciated the efforts of the owner Matt with the quick scheduling and follow through.
Xavier was fantastic! Very professional and addressed all of our concerns quickly and with great quality. Will use their services again in the future.
Outstanding quality of work by technician Nick.
The kitchen tile was badly stained with red clay from dogs coming in and out. After treatment, it looks brand new. The tile was cleaned, regrouted, and sealed.
A representative visited to provide a quote, and the appointment was completed as scheduled. I highly recommend this company and Nick.
