Jamar from Sir Grout was professional from the moment he stepped into our home to provide a quote. The primary shower was so moldy and stained I was embarrassed! Jamar calmed our fears and explained their process of cleaning tile and grout, removing and regrouting the tile where needed, and caulking and coating the cleaned tile. Everything Jamar said he was going to do, he did. He checked in between steps and he cleaned up after each session. He even kept track of our indoor cat!
I cannot say enough about Jamar's attention to detail, skill, and work ethic. I highly recommend Sir Grout and Jamar and I'll definitely be calling them for the hall bath and power room! Thank you, Jamar! You did an awesome job!
Incredible service and extremely professional. This is the second project we have done with Jamar and he once again exceeded expectations and restored our shower to look brand new. Jamar is awesome. He did an excellent job sealing the tile. He provided some suggestions on alternative colors that were spot-on. When he finished, he told me how to maintain the work he just completed. As new neighbors moved in to their new home and are looking to seal their grout I will be passing along Jamar's contact information. I highly recommend Jamar.
Jamar, our technician, was outstanding. He explained the entire process before beginning any work and was great at providing updates throughout the process. Upon completion, he took time to explain the best way to clean the grout and how to do any touch-ups if needed. Highly recommend Sir Grout
Our technician Curtis showed up on the scheduled day on time and went straight to work. We had our 3 season porch tile and exterior travertine patio cleaned and sealed. Curtis paid attention to details and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the service we received and would use Sir Grout again in the future.
