Xavier (technician) was awesome. My first floor tiles which are 18 years old were showing age wear and tear and in need of a makeover. The tiles and grout look like new. OMG Sir Grout was amazing to work with! Out Tech Jamar was so knowledgeable and recommended a better grout for our shower that we could add on to in the future. He was on time and cleanup after like no one was ever there. Chrisse who came out to the house to evaluate was also amazing and was prompt and attentive. Having Sir Grout clean the 2 bathrooms in my townhouse was the best money I have spent. The tile and grout went from gray to bright white in 1 day. I was amazed. It's been almost exactly a year since we had Sir Grout come and re-grout the floor of our master shower stall. I'm pleased to report, the shower stall floor still looks great. We use this shower every single day. The grout remains solid, clean and white, taking only the slightest effort to wipe it down every once in a while. We decided to re-grout instead of renovate in order to save some money for a few more years, and Sir Grout was the perfect solution. The estimate was quick and accurate, the grout-tech was friendly and hard-working and skilled. Have a box fan ready, and a nearby window, because the process produces lots of dust. But the result was perfect, and remains so a year later. We would do it again, and we would whole-heartedly recommend Sir Grout to anyone needing a good grout re-do! Thank you, Sir!

My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer.

The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. I wish they painted!!!
