The team at Sir Grout did a fantastic job in my commercial space. I have nice tile floors throughout and while the tiles looked great, the grout had turned brown and could not easily be cleaned. Chrissie was very responsive in getting the estimate and scheduling. Jamar and team did a great job on site. The floors look like they did when we opened and everyone has been very complimentary. If you need your grout refreshed I would highly recommend Sir Grout Charlotte!

Had cracked grout in ALL of the corners of our recently-renovated bathroom. Contractor used regular cement grout instead of caulk or similar. Sir Grout was the first company that popped up in a search for "Grout Repair" and I am glad they did! Every step of the process was done in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. The estimator was on time, masked up, and tremendously knowledgeable. She provided several different options on the estimate for repairs, as well as information on WHY they use the products they do (epoxy grout vs. cheap caulk).
Had a different estimate from another company the following week and did not feel nearly as comfortable with the estimator. Sir Grout was less expensive, AND repaired our cracked grout with a better product - the technician was right on time, and completed the work quickly and skillfully. He had a mask, protective booties, and plenty of drop cloths to ensure no footprints or stains in the work area or throughout the house. I would not hesitate to use Sir Grout again, and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family for their grout/tile repair needs!
