Could not be more pleased with the work Sir Grout did to our master bath shower and kitchen counter. The shower looks like new after Jamar cleaned the tile and grout, and replaced the corner caulk. In the kitchen, the caulk along the corner of the counter top and backsplash was replaced. It too, now looks like new. Jamar wore shoe 'booties' in the house, was clean and tidy as he worked, and left no trace of work mess behind. After the work was done, I phoned in a question about an area in the kitchen, and with NO hesitation, Jamar said he would be out the next morning to look at it... and when here, he completely reworked one of the grout lines to make it look better. I was hugely impressed by Sir Grout's motivation to get it right and leave this customer 110% satisfied. Could not recommend Sir Grout more highly.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience hiring Sir Grout to refinish our travertine floors. My Husband filled out the on-line request for a consultation. In a very short amount of time we were given a consultation date. I met Chrissie at our house to go over our needs for the dull, dirty looking travertine floors to be refinished. She is so pleasantly outgoing, professional and just a very good communicator. She was listening to our needs and was truly sincere.

When it was time for our appointment, I met the flooring technician Jamar. He is an outstanding hard worker and showed great professionalism. They transformed our kitchen floors, master bathroom and half bath floors into a beautiful NEW looking travertine stone with perfectly matched grout. We had ongoing issues in our tiled shower with recurring mildew and missing grout. We had it repaired once but the problems returned in the same places so we discovered Sir Grout and scheduled an appointment. The manager came out to look at the job, describe and demonstrate their process and products, and give us a quote.

We hired them to do the job and we were very impressed with the workers and the outcome. Jamar took his time doing the job and was very meticulous, clean and respectful. He showed us what to do for aftercare and answered all our questions. We found their services to be very professional and are hopeful the job was done correctly this time so we don't have to do it again. We would recommend Sir Grout and their staff without hesitation!

Jamar did such an amazing job on our shower that I emailed management almost as soon as he left to tell them how absolutely thrilled I was! It looks like we have a brand new shower! My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a paint sealer.

The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to following up, they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I asked for a quote to have the grout sealed in 2 showers. I received an in-person quote and was able to use a coupon from a local mailer to get a discount on the service. The quoter gave me details about the cleaning process, the time frame involved and how many days the shower couldn't be used after the process. Each shower would require a full day to complete.

The service man, Jamar, arrived fully prepared to do the work and consulted me about the grout color that best matched the tile. He worked most of the day, carefully carrying out the process of cleaning each stall and applying the sealer. The shower glass was also thoroughly cleaned and a protective coat was put on the glass also. Jamar did an excellent job and left the work area clean when he was finished. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Sir Grout to others. The price is steep but it is worth it to me, as the work was well done and the results were excellent.
