The people at Sir Grout Charlotte are awesome!!! Chrissie was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and guided us through the process of having our shower/tubs re-caulked. Xavier did a tremendous job!!! He was very professional and courteous. He showed up on time and worked very hard to make our showers look brand new. When he was finished, he made sure that we were happy with his work and made sure that any questions we had were answered. My only regret is that we waited so long to have this done.

From initial appointment contact to completed project I could not have wished for a better experience. Great communication. I was called when Christine was on the way for the quote, Jamar called when he was on the way to do the job, and there was a follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. Jamar worked clean, did a great job, and was a perfect gentleman. My guest bath is marble needing a re-finish polishing and grout clean-up. The final product looks like a brand new floor.

Xavier (technician) was awesome. My first floor tiles which are 18 years old were showing age wear and tear and in need of a makeover. The tiles and grout look like new. All who see the work that Xavier did are beyond impressed. He also polished and sealed my granite like new. I am recommending Sir Grout to anyone who requires services that Sir Grout provides. A class A company and would not hesitate to use them again.
