It's been almost exactly a year since we had Sir Grout come and re-grout the floor of our master shower stall. I'm pleased to report, the shower stall floor still looks great. We use this shower every single day. The grout remains solid, clean and white, taking only the slightest effort to wipe it down every once in a while. We decided to re-grout instead of renovate in order to save some money for a few more years, and Sir Grout was the perfect solution. The estimate was quick and accurate, the grout-tech was friendly and hard-working and skilled. Have a box fan ready, and a nearby window, because the process produces lots of dust. But the result was perfect, and remains so a year later. We would do it again, and we would whole-heartedly recommend Sir Grout to anyone needing a good grout re-do! Thank you, Sir!

My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer.

The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. I wish they painted!!!

Could not be more pleased with the work Sir Grout did to our master bath shower and kitchen counter. The shower looks like new after Jamar cleaned the tile and grout, and replaced the corner caulk. In the kitchen, the caulk along the corner of the counter top and backsplash was replaced. It too, now looks like new. Jamar wore shoe 'booties' in the house, was clean and tidy as he worked, and left no trace of work mess behind. After the work was done, I phoned in a question about an area in the kitchen, and with NO hesitation, Jamar said he would be out the next morning to look at it... and when here, he completely reworked one of the grout lines to make it look better. I was hugely impressed by Sir Grout's motivation to get it right and leave this customer 110% satisfied. Could not recommend Sir Grout more highly.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience hiring Sir Grout to refinish our travertine floors. My Husband filled out the on-line request for a consultation. In a very short amount of time we were given a consultation date. I met Chrissie at our house to go over our needs for the dull, dirty looking travertine floors to be refinished. She is so pleasantly outgoing, professional and just a very good communicator. She was listening to our needs and was truly sincere.

When it was time for our appointment, I met the flooring technician Jamar. He is an outstanding hard worker and showed great professionalism. They transformed our kitchen floors, master bathroom and half bath floors into a beautiful NEW looking travertine stone with perfectly matched grout. We had ongoing issues in our tiled shower with recurring mildew and missing grout. We had it repaired once but the problems returned in the same places so we discovered Sir Grout and scheduled an appointment. The manager came out to look at the job, describe and demonstrate their process and products, and give us a quote.

We hired them to do the job and we were very impressed with the workers and the outcome. Jamar took his time doing the job and was very meticulous, clean and respectful. He showed us what to do for aftercare and answered all our questions. We found their services to be very professional and are hopeful the job was done correctly this time so we don't have to do it again. We would recommend Sir Grout and their staff without hesitation!

Jamar did such an amazing job on our shower that I emailed management almost as soon as he left to tell them how absolutely thrilled I was! It looks like we have a brand new shower!
