After fifteen years, our tiled kitchen floor was looking pretty sad. We got an estimate from Scott for cleaning and sealing the grout, and we had the work done the next week. Robert did a fantastic job. He spent lots of time helping me pick a color for the sealant that looked best with my tile and worked diligently to repair all the places that had cracked or missing grout. I was worried that it wold look "patched", but I cannot tell where he replaced the grout except that now the floor looks like new! All the stains are gone and the floor looks clean again! Amazing! Attention to detail, professional, prompt arriving exactly when promised. Have had other companies that worked on cleaning floor following major renovation. Sir Grout rode in on his white charger and rescued us. They moved furniture while cleaning and actually moved everything back after finishing exactly where I wanted. My floors never looked so good! They were worth every penny. 4 rooms done.
