I've used Sir Grout in another state and was pleased with the results. In NC, I tried to use a different company with no good outcome. I thought I'd save money, but in the end, I ended up spending more money.

Sir Grout did an amazing job! The shower and floor in the master bath looked brand new and had a beautiful finish. Everything we were hoping for! Xavier was so great to work with. He was patient with us while we went back and forth and then back, yet again trying to choose a color for the grout. He was on time for the job, courteous, and knowledgeable.

He was training another new employee, Hope, who was also friendly and a hard worker. I also appreciate Jamar, who came out to do the original quote. I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much!!!

Xavier arrived on time. Before starting, he walked us through the scope of work, confirmed the color, and thoroughly prepped the area.

Upon completion, he had inspect his work which exceeded our expectations. He walked us through how to maintain and what to avoid to get the longest life out of the application.

Sir Grout recently completed work in my home and did a fantastic job! Hope and Curtis cleaned, color sealed the grout, and sealed slate and marble tile in two different rooms. Looks amazing and better than brand new.

From start to finish, the entire team expressed understanding, great communication, execution and overall wonderful people.

I have other rooms that I will hire Sir Grout Charlotte to service in the future. Highly recommend!

Curtis did an amazing job removing caulking that the previous owner used in place of grout between the tiles, cleaning, and re-grouting our master shower.

It looks brand new, and we are so happy with our decision. Curtis was super friendly and courteous!
