Xavier was professional, did great work, on time and left a clean work space. I only used them for grout repair in bath and kitchen. These guys aren't the cheapest option in town. Their quote came in the highest of three diff companies but I appreciated the professionalism and they seem to stand behind their work with no issues.

I've used Sir Grout in another state and was pleased with the results. In NC, I tried to use a different company with no good outcome. I thought I'd save money, but in the end, I ended up spending more money.

Sir Grout did an amazing job! The shower and floor in the master bath looked brand new and had a beautiful finish. Everything we were hoping for! Xavier was so great to work with. He was patient with us while we went back and forth and then back, yet again trying to choose a color for the grout. He was on time for the job, courteous, and knowledgeable.

He was training another new employee, Hope, who was also friendly and a hard worker. I also appreciate Jamar, who came out to do the original quote. I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much!!!
