We recently engaged Sir Grout to clean and seal our bathroom floors, walk-in shower, laundry room, and kitchen backsplash. Scott came out and went through their process in detail and was very timely in providing their quotation and scheduling the work. Jamar came out to conduct the work and went above and beyond in his efforts to clean and color seal the grout and tile in these areas. He explained everything well and even met with our builder to point out a few concerns and has agreed to come back to complete the work at a later time due to the builder needing to make some corrections prior to Sir Grout completing the work. We hired this team due to their quality reviews on Google and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone that could benefit from their services. The team went above and beyond!
