We called Sir Grout to get an estimate for cleaning and regrouting the tile in our walk-in shower. We received a call back within an hour or so ...(the other company we called didn't get back to us until a week later), and an appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Jamar did the estimate and we were impressed by his knowledge, expertise and professionalism. We were able to schedule the work for the following week and were given a start time of 9:00 a.m. and told that Curtis would be doing the work. Curtis arrived promptly at 8:59 and set to work immediately. He was courteous and personable and he answered all of our questions with ease. There was some confusion about the grout color but Curtis resolved it quickly and the completed work was beautiful! We couldn't be happier!

Sir Grout has completed two jobs for us and both times we were extremely satisfied and happy with the results! The first job was cleaning and redoing bathroom grout including the tiled shower walls and floor. The second job was cleaning and redoing our kitchen grout (floor and backsplash). Xavier was the technician both times and he was excellent! Very nice and very thorough. I had a concern about the kitchen backsplash and felt Xavier went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end results!
