We have a marble tiled shower. The grout needed to be restored and the tiles cleaned and sealed. The team at Sir Grout were first class. Responsive. Professional. Friendly. Chrissy was the point of contact. She was friendly and so easy to work with. Jamar was the man who actually did the work and he also we very professional and cares about the excellence of his work. We needed to have them come back after they finished the job because we discovered a water issue (which wasn't their doing). They returned quickly and helped us remedy the issue without charging me extra. Our shower looks like new. It was worth the cost. We had a very good experience. I would recommend Sir Grout!

Sir Grout's service attendant, Xavier Alvarez, was the most professional person we have ever dealt with. He worked non stop from 8:30 until 5:30, and most all he aimed to please. He represents Sir Grout great. The Lord has great plans for this young man.

Have never had better customer service from any company than that which Chrissie Sutherland provided. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions at the time of the estimate, and responded promptly via email afterwards. Both workmen who worked on our bathrooms and laundry room were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The result is our floors and shower look like those of a brand new house, and I don't hate my bathroom anymore! Sir Grout's safe, pH neutral cleaner has only a faint, pleasant smell, and I feel confident we can keep our shower spotless with it (and with the helpful hints we received from Chrissie)in the long run.

Excellent job, my nasty moldy shower is just beautiful. The workman was on time, worked clean and left no dirt or mess for me to clean up. Chrissie Southerland came out, measured the bathroom and answered all questions I had. She was very friendly and efficient. Xavier Alvarez did the work which completely restored the bathroom to its original look: sparkling tile, clean grout, and repaired transitions. Great job!
