The team at Sir Grout did a fantastic job in my commercial space. I have nice tile floors throughout and while the tiles looked great, the grout had turned brown and could not easily be cleaned. Chrissie was very responsive in getting the estimate and scheduling. Jamar and team did a great job on site. The floors look like they did when we opened and everyone has been very complimentary. Had cracked grout in ALL of the corners of our recently-renovated bathroom. Contractor used regular cement grout instead of caulk or similar. Sir Grout was the first company that popped up in a search for "Grout Repair" and I am glad they did! Every step of the process was done in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. The estimator was on time, masked up, and tremendously knowledgeable. She provided several different options on the estimate for repairs, as well as information on WHY they use the products they do (epoxy grout vs. cheap caulk).

Had a different estimate from another company the following week and did not feel nearly as comfortable with the estimator. Sir Grout was less expensive, AND repaired our cracked grout with a better product - the technician was right on time, and completed the work quickly and skillfully. He had a mask, protective booties, and plenty of drop cloths to ensure no footprints or stains in the work area or throughout the house. I would not hesitate to use Sir Grout again, and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family for their grout/tile repair needs!

I had my shower done to seal the grout lines. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Shower looks brand new. For anyone that has a Tile shower highly recommend.

We had a shower and bathroom floor where the grout was old and dirty. Curtis came in and did a great job cleaning and restoring it to brand new. He was on time, hard working, and the end result looks great. We will definitely use their services again.

We had Sir Grout come and seal our kitchen backsplash and our guest and master bathroom floors. Our home was new just 9 months ago and none of the grout was sealed, nor was the granite. In that amount of time we already had discoloration on various parts of the floor. Sir Grout cleaned it and sealed it with a tint we selected. It looks amazing and we are thrilled with the result. I had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. Our master bathroom shower had mold stains in the grout and caulking that I could not get rid of. I contacted Sir Grout and they came out within a couple days for a quote. They were thorough and professional in their evaluation. I found their quote to be reasonable in price and a good value. The completed the work on our timeline and I am very pleased with the results. The technician that completed the work was professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend Sir Grout!
