Curtis did an excellent job and made our 20-year-old tiles and grout shine again. It was well worth the money but much less than a full tile replacement. If you are looking for a beautiful freshening of your tile showers or floors, you cannot go wrong with Sir Grout Charlotte. Sir Grout completed a large, multi-day project for me: cleaning and sealing four tiled showers and bathroom floors, cleaning and color-sealing kitchen, breakfast room, and laundry room tile floors, and digging out the original grout from a large 1" x 1" marble mosaic tile shower floor and replacing it with new epoxy grout. Sir Grout handled every detail expertly and efficiently from start to finish.

Phillip and his crew are the consummate tile professionals. Curtis was prompt and hard-working, as well as exceptionally kind and easy-going, he was a real joy to work with!

I'm very particular about care and consideration for my home, and I was most impressed with Curtis, after several days of work, our kitchen and bathrooms building emerged brand-new clean, and without a scratch or blemish!

The project that has been a game-changer for us is replacing our original marble shower floor grout with epoxy grout. We were struggling with dirt and mold, and the epoxy grout stayed clean and dry! We cannot recommend this service enough!

The tiles throughout my home look so much better now that the grout is clean and fresh; do not hesitate to use Sir Grout!
