Sir Grout Charlotte provided excellent service. Ted came out to review our situation and give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and presented the estimate at that time. Jamar was assigned to our project. Dylan showed up the first day as Jamar was finishing up a previous job. Dylan did a fine job. Jamar came the second day and spent valuable time trying to dry out our shower floor before sealing it. He explained that if it wasn't dry, we would have a bad smell. Jamar returned the following working day and completed our project quickly and beautifully. We truly appreciated his focus on a job done the right way! Everything looks and works well. If we ever have any other grout-related projects, we'll definitely call Sir Grout Charlotte.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience from start to finish. Both Ted and Xavier were wonderful to work with. Ted took the time needed to plan out what work needed to be done and explained everything in detail. He also showed us what the finish product could look like. Xavier's amazing work on the tile in our shower, tub and bathroom floors made these areas look like new again. He is a very skilled and talented craftsman. He also explained in detail how to care for the tile after the work was completed in each bathroom and going forward. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. I hired Sir Grout to clean my kitchen tiles but what I got was much more... a PERMANENT solution to the grout battle. My kitchen floor is beautiful and with their "secret solution" I can maintain it. So, I hired them to clean my on-suite bathroom. It looks amazing. So, I hired them to clean the tile in my two jack-and-jill bathrooms. I look forward to seeing the results. Oh, by the way - Ted and Dylan are knowledgeable, courteous and reliable.

I had my shower and garden tub done by Sir Grout. We had a couple of hiccups but it was corrected the next day. Jamar did an amazing job!! My bathroom looks beautiful again. Great company and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

After scheduling our meeting with Ted for a quote, we received several texts reconfirming the date and time. He showed up promptly and his presentation was professional and informative. He answered all our questions. It was a two-day process that was completed on time. We received texts from the service technicians each day confirming their arrival time. Both Curtis and Xavier did an excellent job with the project. Curtis came the first day and Xavier came the second, but Curtis came back the afternoon of the second day to assist Xavier which they completed together. They were very personable and excellent representatives of their company. It was a low-stress, pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company. We will be contacting them for future projects.
