Fantastic experience all around, from estimation to execution. Our shower was in a sad state, so bad that other companies refused to even do the work. Sir Grout not only cleaned it up but did so in a way that will last years. Would hire them again without hesitation.
We had a 15 yr old stone and ceramic tile shower that was overrun with black mold that wouldn't come out despite persistent scrubbing and the harshest chemicals known to man. Chrissie was quick to respond with a quote and two visits later we have what looks like a brand new shower! They cleaned and scraped, sealed and re-grouted with an epoxy, polished glass and marble, and reapplied door sweeps and seals. I did have to do some precleaning treatments to help remove stains beforehand using a special recipe she gave me. Jamar and Curtis were the excellent technicians who did a fabulous job. Very courteous and professional. And I have a neutral pH cleaning concentrate to use on any hard surfaces that won't stain and damage my stone and tile. Save your back and give them a call!
