I've been looking for a company to redo my kitchen floor when I found Sir Grout in the Home Magazine. Ted, GM responded immediately to my husband's first call and came out to give us an estimate. I wasn't available when Ted came out to our house, and so a couple days later he made a second trip to our home. The work was done the same week by Dylan and the kitchen floor looks almost brand new. The entire process was seamless and I would highly recommend them.

Sir Grout Charlotte provided excellent service. Ted came out to review our situation and give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and presented the estimate at that time. Jamar was assigned to our project. Dylan showed up the first day as Jamar was finishing up a previous job. Dylan did a fine job. Jamar came the second day and spent valuable time trying to dry out our shower floor before sealing it. He explained that if it wasn't dry, we would have a bad smell. Jamar returned the following working day and completed our project quickly and beautifully. We truly appreciated his focus on a job done the right way! Everything looks and works well. If we ever have any other grout-related projects, we'll definitely call Sir Grout Charlotte.
