Have never had better customer service from any company than that which Chrissie Sutherland provided. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions at the time of the estimate, and responded promptly via email afterwards. Both workmen who worked on our bathrooms and laundry room were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The result is our floors and shower look like those of a brand new house, and I don't hate my bathroom anymore! Sir Grout's safe, pH neutral cleaner has only a faint, pleasant smell, and I feel confident we can keep our shower spotless with it (and with the helpful hints we received from Chrissie)in the long run.

Chrissie Southerland came out, measured the bathroom and answered all questions I had. She was very friendly and efficient. Xavier Alvarez did the work which completely restored the bathroom to its original look: sparkling tile, clean grout, and repaired transitions. Great job!

The team at Sir Grout did a fantastic job in my commercial space. I have nice tile floors throughout and while the tiles looked great, the grout had turned brown and could not easily be cleaned. Chrissie was very responsive in getting the estimate and scheduling. Jamar and team did a great job on site. The floors look like they did when we opened and everyone has been very complimentary. If you need your grout refreshed I would highly recommend Sir Grout Charlotte!

Had cracked grout in ALL of the corners of our recently-renovated bathroom. Contractor used regular cement grout instead of caulk or similar. Sir Grout was the first company that popped up in a search for "Grout Repair" and I am glad they did! Every step of the process was done in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. The estimator was on time, masked up, and tremendously knowledgeable. She provided several different options on the estimate for repairs, as well as information on WHY they use the products they do (epoxy grout vs. cheap caulk).
Had a different estimate from another company the following week and did not feel nearly as comfortable with the estimator. Sir Grout was less expensive, AND repaired our cracked grout with a better product - the technician was right on time, and completed the work quickly and skillfully. He had a mask, protective booties, and plenty of drop cloths to ensure no footprints or stains in the work area or throughout the house. I would not hesitate to use Sir Grout again, and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family for their grout/tile repair needs!
